The Tampa Bay Rowdies captured the 2012 NASL Soccer Bowl championship in dramatic fashion with a come from behind win over the FC Minnesota Stars. Down by two goals before the final game of a two game series, the Rowdies batted to a 3-1 advantage to force an overtime period and eventually penalty kicks.
